SSS LMS Program Errors (Social Security System, Philippines)


PROBLEM # 1

  1. MSSTDFMT.DLL missing.

 Solution # 1:
 (Just follow this, )

Download : Tool ( <------ Click to view the website)

unzip choose desktop (para mas madaling makita ang file) 

Copy ang file na msstdfmt.dll

Paano : 
Para sa 32 bit 
Pumunta sa Computer Local Disc C --- Windows ---- System 32 paste ang msstdfmt.dll

Para sa 64 bit
Pumunta sa Computer Local Disc C ---- Windows -----> SysWoW64 i-paste ang msstdfmt.dll

HINDI PA TAPOS! ETO PA :

Start---Type cmd ----> Run as administrator ----> Black Screen type ang sumusunod :

Para sa 32 bit :

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msstdfmt.dll

Para sa 64 bit

regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\msstdfmt.dll
Note : Dapat mag prompt na succesfull.

PROBLEM # 2


2. INVALID SSS NUMBER (kahit alam mo na tama yun input mo.)

Solution # 2:

Type mo muna ang SSS no. then press ENTER (bago mag lagay ng iba pang detalye TULAD NG SURNAME, NAME, MIDDLE NAME etc.)
Ganun din sa LOAN DATE same error, same solution.


PROBLEM # 3

3. ERROR PRINTING EMPLOYEE DETAILS.

Solution # 3:

Iinstall ang old R3 File Generator sa computer.

      Hi, Charmaine Luce, Regarding problem #3 na isntall ko na ung Old R3, hindi pa din na resolve ang issue.

      sa loob ng folder may isang "setup" file, i-run nyo po yun then select NO to retain old files then select "ignore" sa mga errors. try nyo open ulet. :-)

      i have errors like "permission denied" in Generation of LMS Diskette.

      "Application-denied or object defined error" in Report Generation -> Transmittal List

    Pag nag gegenerate lms diskette ako error 70 or denied yung copying. pero may nasave naman na txt file pero pag pinasa ko na sa sss wala daw laman.

    Maybe nasave mo sa ibang folder yun file kaya wala pa din. Sometimes kala natin mag auto save un file sa usb pero hindi , dapat hanapin mo un usb mo sa diectries then save it. icheck mo sya sa back up folder pag wala dun, hindi mo sya nasave @Reygel

    Hello, if I may ask when I'm uploading the .txt fileat the sss website for the loans payment that was generated from the "Generation of LMS Diskette" of their program after I submit at their website this error is flashing "Sorry, Invalid File:
    Data Error in the Trailer Portion of the file being uploaded.
    Please install and use the LMS Diskette Program (Version 2.0)
    or Create your collection list online." But I just recently downloaded the LMS Diskette Program from their website. I need help

      kaso walang downloadable na version 2.0 online.. ilang beses ko sinusubukan mag upload online ng txt file kahit past 5pm pero same parin

I wanna ask po kung bakit everytime na mag try kaming mag print ng Transmittal List, may mag prompt na "Error 70 in copying file- Permission Denied!", and also paano ba mag encode ng SBR kung 8 digit lang ang allowed, but 15 digits ang nasa receipt including 1 letter.     Good am po. Pano po uninstall yung lms program para makainstall ng bago? Dalawa po kasi company name gagawan ko ng lms report.dapat daw magkaibang computer ang gamit.hindi pwede install sa iisang pc. Kaso nainstall ko sa alptop at desktop parehong lms program for 1 company anme only.tnx

      To fix this, download the "OLD R3FILE". This is the link http://www.mediafire.com/download/9dytletgk4q/r3diskette.exe.
      This is required to run the LMS program.

    If ever hindi kayo mka print ng transmittal and employee list, try nyo po muna i-run ang old R3filegen then isali nyo rin po ang "setup" pag run. Before you install, may nakalagay po na "browse", decide on where to place your R3filegen... After po ma install, go back to your LMS diskette then click "Generation of LMS Diskette" again. After that, go to "Report Generation". You can now print the Transmittal and Employees List.

    Nagcreate na ako ng SSS text file kaso pag mag print na ng transmittal sabi "The SSS text file of R3File with Applicable period of 3-2019 might not have been generated. You may not continue creating reports." Ano bang dapat gawin? Need your assistance.
